Psychoeducation.

We use a highly structured approach to sharing knowledge, insight and practical support on mental health challenges with those that are most impacted by them. Whilst this often includes the client themselves, our Psychoeducation Team works exclusively with businesses, applying the same methods and principles to help teams better understand and support their staff during challenging times, both personally and professionally.

Coaching

Our coaches will focus on what is important to you. Our coaching will help you identify and achieve your goals. It is non-judgemental and confidential. The services we offer are online or in person and on either a 1-1 basis. Or in a group of 6 for ALS (action, learning sets).

We offer individual sessions to suit your specific needs as well as, specialised programmes.

Tools For Leaders is a comprehensive mental health training programme specifically for managers and senior leadership teams, laying the foundation for compassionate leadership in the contemporary workplace.

Transition coaching for young people (education/work)

Coaching is a space for you to find your own answers and have a skilled guide along side you as you navigate your way. Are you feeling pulled in different directions and uncertain which path to take? We are here to help you uncover what truly matters to you in order to set you on the path that is right for you. We can use our expertise to help identify where you want to be and how you can get there.

Mental health at work

After building a foundation of awareness, this course offers you the chance to reflect on what makes mental health conversations at work so tricky. Drawing upon counselling skills, we’ll share a toolbox of good practice to support you in facilitating meaningful mental health discussions with your customers and colleagues, getting you to a place of feeling confident and well-resourced when it comes to mental health awareness, signposting, empathetic listening and personal mental maintenance.
